I wouldn't want to be the one who tells a guy with 3 years experience
and a 24 - 3 record that he "has to prove himself".

think part of the problem with last years group was they were all looking to
the superstars to carry them. When it's a team effort required. You might
remember that Ross guy was the NLCS MVP in 2010. This is a guy who may

occasion. I think sometimes we lose sight of the fact that role players and
non-future-hall of famers can contribute mightily as well. I remember the

something bigger than themselves. You don't need all stars at every
