The Rose Award goes to Gregg Zaun of the Baltimore Orioles, who went
three-for-four with four RBI and scored one run in a 10-2 win over the
Chicago White Sox.

Zaun hit a three-run homer and Baltimore's Jeremy Guthrie gave up two
runs and three hits in eight innings.

When advised of the award, Zaun refused to accept it, claiming, I have never
bet on ballgames.
