The OF looks fairly weak, but the pitchers and IF
could be excellent. It looks like the organization
decided to put many of the good/best players together
and maybe "let them learn how to win." I'm guessing
that's why Giles was kept here as well as Rivera
and Marquis.
This may or may not be useful for Jason Marquis particularly
after the awful offensive support he had last year.
Several of these players I had pencilled in at GVL
and the GVL team is almost devoid of real prospects
this season. This is a change from previous years where
GVL has frequently had a large share of the better
prospects either pulled back from AAA or pushed past
the HighA squad.

New team, new park, new town. Perhaps an effort to help generate a lot
of local interest early.
