What ever happened to these shows? I remember there being 2 body
building shows on Espn in the mornings/afternoon. They were half hour
shows (if I remember correctly). One was with a short black guy
(shawn ray?) and an older white guy (boyer? or something like that).
It was a great great show, full of tons of great info. Are these
shows still on, I can't seem to find them anywhere.

The show you mention is called "Flex Magazine Workout". It was in production
1994-96. It did star Shawn Ray, Boyer Coe and usually another different guest
bodybuilding star per show. The show was last shown regularly on ESPN2 in 1997,
at 5:30am Monday-Fridays.

There have been several other bodybuilding shows on ESPN, now shown on ESPN2
everyday. One of the ones you may remember most is "BodyShaping". It has been
on since 1987, and it's 1st hostess was bodybuilding legend and former 6-time
Ms. Olympia, turned movie-star Cory Everson. The host now is former competitive
bodybuilder Rick Valenti. Another show you may know of and have seen is
"Kiana's Total Fitness", also now seen every morning on ESPN2. Former Israeli
Decathlete Gilad Jablonowicz, had an ærobics intensive show called Getting Fit,
IIRC. Gilad also had a show with a military training theme as well.

Hope this clears some things up for you.

Depending on how vast your cable situation is, you can still find some,
although I don't know if the ones you watched before are still being
aired.

Try ESPN 2 instead of ESPN, and the fit network (if you have it), as well
as some of the Fox SPorts channels. I still get about 2-3 a day, but I
don't really tune in to them real often unless they got some cuties on.
