Because I have VERY limited time in the gym (About 30 minutes after shot
put practice), I use a pretty short routine. But am I getting enough
work? Here is what I do (usually)
Monday (Hopefully, not only are they short, they don't always happen,
coaches hafta be in there and sometimes...they aren't)
Squats 2x15-20 (plus 2-3 warm-up sets, increasing in weight each set)
Leg curls, usually 3x10 and calf raises 3xlots, but not to many And
that's basically my whole leg routine. Done on Monday and THursday.

Wednesday and Friday- Bench press 5x5 (Incase anyone's wondering, I
forget where I got that from, but I do 5 sets of 5 reps, and started out
doing 120 for those 5 reps. Supposedly, you go up 5 lbs a week on your
5 reps, and drop a set, which for me would mean that i'd actually be
doing my last week at 1 set of my previous max. I tried it, and this
week, I've done 3 sets of 135, 5 reps, a weight i couldn't handle for
more than 3 reps before)...hang cleans 5x6, deadlifts

I know that I NEED to be doing more back work, expecially deadlifts and
bent over rows, but with SOMETIMES 4 days a week, usually 3, its very
hard. Hopefully for my birthday I'll be getting a "power rack" (Squat
box? THe magazine calls it a power rack anyway) so I can do everything
at home

Thanks for any help
