I'm not sure about the broadcast dates of the Zurich, Brussels, and Berlin
meets, but the actual meets themselves occur on August 13 (Zurich),
August22 (Brussels), and August 26 (Berlin).

Listen to "Fais Do-Do," Cajun and zydeco music every Tuesday, 10-11am, on KOOP (91.7FM) in Austin, Texas
Zurich August 16 (actual meet date: August 13) (5pm CST, I think)
Brussels August 23 (August 22)
Berlin August 30 (August 26)
Near the beginning of August, you can probably go to http://www.espn.com/
and get the times from their August schedule.
I thought the coverage of Oslo was pretty good (at least compared to how
awful American TV coverage of track usually is). The field events
coverage was as pathetic as always -- for some reason, tv only shows the
winning jump/throw, completely depriving field event fans of the drama of
the competition -- but the distance running coverage was okay. They
showed about eight laps of Haile Gebrselassie's brilliant 10K world record
(26:31.32!) and much of the really good women's 5K race.
What did y'all think about it?

This is utterly mind-blowing. Does anybody remember Lasse Viren's
brilliant 27.38.4 from 1972? The one he fell in short of the 5k mark?
How in hell does somebody run 26.31? Is somebody going to run a 25
minute 10k?
Man, I must be getting old...
