NH State Singles Results

Our STATES were last weekend and we had a great turnout considering the
size of members in our state. 86 players turnedout to be exact. The Mens
C, D and Novice were all packed with close to 20 players in each
divison. We had 6 women sign up so that will be an area of focus next
year. On the Mens Open draw, I think this is the first year this
division has had a draw and not a RR in 5/6 years. 12 signed up for
this division. This year instead of giving out shirts we did Windshirts.
Little more expensive but they look super nice! This was a 2-day
tournament ending on Saturday night and we held an awards banquet after.
it included dinner for all players and guests. We announced each 1st,
2nd and 3rd place winner and they received a medal and then we
recognized a few people with honorable awards (Male & Female Athlete of
the Year, Junior Athlete of the Year, Sportsman of the Year, etc.) and
also we gave out some FUNNY awards too!
