I have a true love for game and desire to be 'Good'. I'm currently
dedicating an average of 1 hour a day to just practicing and I play
for fun another 8 hours a week. I've read books, watched videos, and
scanned many websites, but I feel my practicing time could be spent
better if I had some wise guidance. I need to know makes a good pool
player a good pool player. I've been working on my fundimentals but
still can't tame the inconsistancy in my shot. I need a better and
more effective practice regimen.

Otherwise you can hook up with George Pawelski through Romine's or
possibly Mark Komppa through Sharkey's in Waukesha. Both of them give
lessons. Other alternatives include Ron Dobosenski back in Madison
again, http://www.learningtowin.com/.
Lastly you may want to consider getting in a few educational games with
Willie Munson at Romines some Friday evening or Saturday during the day,
or entering Romine's Friday night 9-Ball Tournament or The Breaking
Points Sunday night 8-Ball Tournament or Classic Billiards (Kenosha)
Monday night 9-ball tournament or Sharkey's (Waukesha) Thursday night
9-ball tournament.
Don't even get me started on the Billiard Congress of Wisconsin which I
hear is starting up soon......

Hey I heard rumors that somebody was working on a tour schedule a few weeks
ago but my source must have been unreliable<EG>
PatH the patient one.....
Ed, I've heard your name, along with Willie Munson's name, a few times
before. I've also heard the Sunday Turnament at the Breaking Point
usually comes down to Willie Munson and Jack McKenna. I be there
Sunday as a spectator or a tackling dummy.
Honored,
