My first impression was that she's incredibly annoying. When my wife saw the
commercial, her first words were "someone needs to slap that girl!"

If not a slap, someone could at least "accidentally" spill a beer on her. :-)

I don't care for them either but I must tell you, they have an
almost hypnotic effect on my kids. My girls are 2 and 4 and my boy is 6
and whenever one of these spots comes on they are transfixed to the
screen for the entire duration. Shades of Barney.

Maybe this is what they were shooting for.

Is the girl in the commercial the girl from that movie about womens
baseball? (Starred Tom Hanks)

As I recall she played the sister of the star in the movie.

Okay, so has the Go Baby Go commercial been pulled from the air?
I was told that the L.A. Times had an article that said because
of pressure from Kentucky the commercial has been pulled.

Any truth to this? I liked it.
