okay i live in oklahoma and just got a goped. i have been cruising
the streets everywhere. but what are the laws? what are my rights
as a gopedder? can i ride on the street legally? if i get pulled over,
what can i tell the cop? help please, i am clueless to the laws of
these rad little things.

I live in Oklahoma as well.
Go with the assumption you have the same rights as a bicycle. In
Oklahoma, the bicycles have the same rights as cars and should
travel on the same roads.
If you live in Tulsa, please do not use the River Parks for riding
though.
