I was wondering if anyone might know how to remove a broken aluminum shaft from a barrel. It was cross treaded so I used a pair of vice grips bit the shaft snapped off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Buy new darts. Short of very hard to find machinists bits that are going to cost you over 200$ and owning a bunch of other gear costing alot more you cant reliably re-thread a tongsten barrel. Sadly the higher % tungsten the harder it is to thread. If its not a tungsten dart then its still not worth it as it probably cost less then 30$ a set.
