Shot a 298 Friday. The first 11 went with no pressure. But OH the 12th. My
heart rate doubled. I felt the blood pumping into my legs , cest and back. I
tried to walk slow to the line. I thought I was walking slow. I felt as I
was in slow motion, yet the ball still came off my hand fast. It hit the
pocket yet it was to thin and left the 5 7 Well mabe next time. I am going
to get a ring and was very proud of the 298 Bill Rutherford

Hell of a game. I've never done that well.

Never look at your own score. If you know what you are doing you will probably
disappoint yourself and no one else.

Congradulations Bill....

Yer like me, you try to repeat exactly what you were doing in all those
frames. Problem is you were thinking off it "too much". If you would have
just went up there and shot your usual shot, most likely you would have
gotten all the pins down. But you were thinking about it, putting in extra
concentration. It even messes me up. You were being overly cautious about
your last shot.

Just don't think about it next time when it boils down to the last
shot. Just shoot your balls as usual and across your mark and chances are
you will probably get them all down.

At least thou you got this far! :-)

As long as you continue to bowl you will have many chances for a 300
game.

Congradulations!

nice game. The first time I had the first 11, I got the 12th. But I felt
exactly as you described. So I but the ball down (back in the rack and took
a few second breather). I lined my feet up and tried to talk a rhythm for
my steps. The first 11 were crushed. The 12th came in light, but I had good
lift and the pins went flyinig. The next time. give yourself a few seconds
to calm down. I'm sure you will have your 300 very soon. Good luck.

Makes for a good knuckle ring. Hasn't chipped after being used to break about a dozen jaws. I guess I'll build a second one if I have to.Just amazing and the price isn't bad for such a nice ring. I only wish they would have upped it a few ct's.Special Offers View Details http://amzn.to/15oL0gW
