If you want to gain weight, then eat. You'll have to eat more anyway. Or do

Work out and get on a bulking diet and I'm 100% convinced you will gain that
10kg before Dec 31, 2004.

This simple cycle can gain a first time steroid user 20-30 pounds.
Sustanon is one of the best beginner drugs to use, and is great on
it's own. Some first time users regret only using 250 mg of sustanon.
They wish they would have taken 500 mg instead. However, 250 mg is
fine, you should see very good results with just this simple cycle.

Another person may not even be close to his natural genetic limit in
the first place, due to inconsistent or poor training, or novice
status. Such a person can make excellent gains without
anabolic/androgenic steroids (AAS) at all, and while AAS can increase
the rate of gains, one cannot say that any particular drug regimen is
necessary or advisable.
Proper testosterone usage can yield amazing results. In a 3 month
period, a first time steroid user can expect to gain 30-50 pounds.
Once steroid usage has ceased, he may lose 10-15 pounds of
water-weight, but should retain all the muscle gain. The rumor that
all gains made on steroids will go away once you stop using it is
utterly false! If you choose to allow you testicles to shutdown and
stop testosterone supplementation without a taper, sure you'll lose a
lot of the gains. But the fact remains, if you are properly educated
in the use of testosterone, you should be able to gain a lot of muscle
with minimal to almost non-existent side effects and keep most of
those gains.
Listen, this is whole thing stupid for many reason (in no particular order):
1 - You're not even working out yet
2 - You already bought the stuff and now you're asking how to use it?
3 - Sustanon's a rather poor choice
4 - Post cycle anyone?
5 - Clomid and Nolva? Why? No HCG?
6 - Since you don't have a clue, how did you find a reliable dealer?
7 - 8 weeks is rather short
8 - Tapering up and down makes no sense and the person who wrote that piece
of crap you posted should be locked up
9 - If you cannot eat like a big boy, you'll never be a big boy...you'll
lose your gains
10 - many, many more...
For quick lean body mass gains, Sustanon might be used in greater
doses such as 500 mg or more per week, and 600 mg week of testosterone
enanthate was shown to be safe and quite effective for lean body mass
gains in a study by Bhasin on non-HIV+ men published in the New
England Journal of Medicine (front page July 4, 1997). I understand
Dr. Bhasin is studying testosterone use in HIV men this year, with
similar doses.
The potential that Sustanon might be somewhat better than testosterone
cypionate or enathate for use by HIV + hypogonadal men has been voiced
by some scientists including well-known AIDS researcher Dr. Judith
Rabkin of New York.
I have heard bodybuilders who use anabolic steroids tell of
experiencing good lean body mass gains with Sustanon with less
reported side-effects, such as hair loss or water retention than can
happen with other singular forms of testosterone, like testerone
cypionate and enanthater. Reported bodybuilder doses of Sustanon are
250- 3000 mg a week.
Note: bodybuilders tend to use much higher doses of anabolic steroids
like testoserone than are known to be safe and effective for medical
therapy. Potential for side-effects increase with these
"bodybuilder-like doses".

This is an antihistamine with anti-serotoninergic properties used for
the treatment of acute and chronic allergies. This drug is also used
as an anti-depressant and weight gain agent for patients with anorexia
nervosa. It is also speculated that this drug increases growth hormone
levels in the body; perhaps as a function of increased sleep. This
drug is extremely potent. It drastically boosts your appetite and food
intake. It also makes you extremely sleepy, making it a very useful
nighttime drug if you have difficult with insomnia from high levels of
circulating testosterone. Athletes can expect to gain weight even
without AAS when using this drug.
Now that is what I wrote about Periactin in a previous article. There
have recently been many questions asked about this product and I want
to address this drug in greater depth. First off, this drug is not
scheduled or controlled in anyway as it’s only really an
anti-histamine. Furthermore, because its used in the treatment of AIDS
(perhaps not clinically) some pharmacies in larger cities will provide
it without prescription…This means there is almost no problem
obtaining it domestically although you can freely import it from SBC.
Ok, now, because of the legal nature of this drug I can comment
personally it. I have taken periactin and it knocked me on my ass.
Plain and simple, this drug makes you sleep like the dead. You will
sleep at least 10 hours, if not more, and the sleep is very deep. The
hunger you feel with periactin is very acute; it is a sharp almost
painful feeling. It takes a while for the appetite stimulating effects
to kick in from the periactin, I would estimate that after a few days
of steady use you will begin to experience increased appetite, but I
have found it takes at least seven days for the full effects to set
in.
Periactin may not be the best drug for of many people because of the
fatigue it causes. You could use stimulants like ephedrine to keep
alert but at the same time that would suppress the hunger stimulating
qualities of this drug. Sleeping a lot is not a bad thing; the
combination of increased calories and lots of rest is the most crucial
component to muscular growth.
I think periactin would be of great use to younger athletes who do not
have the rigors of working a fulltime job, etc. If I had a high school
aged friend who wanted to put on 20 pounds steroid-free I would
suggest he start taking periactin since the hunger and the sleep would
produce a solid weight gain and his schedule could accommodate the
increased hours of sleep. I am going to make a bold suggestion. If
you have not used anabolic steroids but still find yourself hitting a
plateau at a weight then use periactin, one pill a day is all you will
need. I think this will help you bust through that plateau without
resorting to steroids. I am not promising pure muscle growth, but I am
saying you will find your body putting on more weight.
