addiction. It’s not a diet. There’s no food rules – we trust you to
figure out what you need to do as far as the specifics of what you
want to eat. What we DO offer is support for all the ideas of self-
hatred and loathing that lead to food addiction, along with simple
practical steps towards nurturing, happiness and living life without
guilt and shame.
