Short, sweet, and it had a whole website to back up the troll. Received many
responses. I also thoroughly enjoyed:

It was edgy and insightful without being too obscene. Very humorous.
For startrek I liked this more recent entry:
From: "Gowtew Ar" <gow...@remove.prodigy.net>
Newsgroups: alt.startrek
Subject: Narsty Trek Broads (Was: Where's the good stuff, you Q you?!)
Date: Tue, 15 Apr 2003 09:54:47 -0400
This one was knee slapping funny, and all the nerds in the trek group became
infuriated that this troll had the nerve to say the startrek chicks were
ugly. Those three are good for a laugh, but for sheer response rate and
effectiveness of the troll, the winner has to be:
From: "TROLL MASTER" <T...@TROLL.TROLL>
Newsgroups: alt.fan.starwars,alt.fan.tolkien,alt.startrek,alt.tv.simpsons
Subject: DO NOT READ - The Ultimate TROLL
Throughout the message, the troll was telling everyone please don't respond,
it will only insight further trolls, and yet tons of people responded,
including ones who usually tell trolls to piss off. It was truly odd...
very effective.
Any others come to mind?

Nah, there are a lot better trolls than you. You'll get a chance to meet
them in my kill-filter.

Killfiles are juvenile, effeminate and cowardly.

"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within
limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add
'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the tyrant's
will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual."
