Should I go for higher voltage or higher amperage for a given wattage
panel. I saw these at unheard of prices:

Are they average prices, high, or low. Lack time to research market
prices given the many factors to consider; factors i'm not familar

Price per watt is the general guideline - although watch the technology
used. A slightly cheaper $/watt isn't worth it if the panel will only
last 10 years vs. one that would last 25 or more.
