Contact info for Newport Solar?

hello

I see a bunch of products for sale online from a company called Newport
Solar. For example:

But Google and Yahoo come up empty when I try to find the actual company.
There is a website newportsolar.com, but it's basically an empty shell.

anyone know who these people are or how to contact them?
