can anyone direct me to a source build or buy .
I want to power a small guitar amp with a PV cell or some sort.
Needs around 15-20 watts. Im not electrically inclined.
Voltage and watts mean little to me, so I may be barking up the wrong tree.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance Bob

Due to innefficiences you'll need at least double that amount of power. I
have some new, unbreakable 20 watt panels if you need them (Uni-Solar) for
$125 each. Then you'll need a cheap inverter ($50) at walmart and a pair of
golfcart batteries. I reccommend trojan t-105's @ about $50-60 each, easily
availble locally.

problem with cheap inverters is that audio gear may buzz on them.better to
get a 12v amp and lose the inverter.
