This Affidavit and Notice of Default/Revised Invoice arises from the
fraudulent prosecutions presided over by you regarding subsequent
convictions and judgments meted out to the JURSTIC PERSON, RAYMOND
RONALD KARCZEWSKIŠ under the legal presumption that I, Raymond Ronald
KarczewskiŠ, a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural
Man was acting as an accomodation party/surety for the debts of the
defendant/juristic person. The Fraud arises after your proceeding in
prosecuting this natural man despite your repeated Commercial
Defaults, along with those of District Attorney STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL,
and Sheriff GIL GILBERTSON in refusing to establish Jurisdiction over
this Natural man of the Sovereign People.

I, Raymond Ronald KarczewskiŠ, a natural born American citizen, am a
common man of the Sovereign People, arising under the original
jurisdiction of the de jure Constitution of the united States of 1789
as amended by the qualified electors of the several States of the
American union and the Northwest Ordinance of 1787 for the Territories
of the de jure united States.

I, Raymond Ronald KarczewskiŠ, am the Secured Party/Creditor, Holder
in due course, and Authorized Representative for the Juristic Person
RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKIŠ a copyrighted Trademark/Tradename over
which this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man
holds Supreme Claim. I am not an accommodation party nor a surety for
the debts of RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKIŠ Such proof is contained in
Court Papers filed with the Josephine County Criminal Court Clerks
office via Cases: 02CR0617 AND 03CR0170.

I, Raymond Ronald KarczewskiŠ, am held harmless by RAYMOND RONALD
KARCZEWSKIŠ in HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO:
RRK-050302-HHIA, dated the Third Day of the Fifth Month in the Year of
Our Lord Two Thousand and Two, against all claims, legal actions,
orders, warrants, judgments, demands, liabilities, losses,
depositions, summonses, lawsuits, costs, fines, liens, levies,
penalties, damages, interests, and expenses whatsoever, both absolute
and contingent, as are now due, and as might become due, now existing,
and as might hereafter arise, and as might be suffered by, imposed on,
and incurred by RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKIŠ for any and every reason,
purpose, and cause whatsoever. Said Hold Harmless and Indemity
agreement is filed with the Josephine County Criminal Court Clerk's
office.

Judge HULL, you are well acquainted with the following Maxims of
Commerce recognized by the International Law of Commerce.

1. All are equal under the law (both moral and natural law).

2. In commerce, truth is sovereign.

3. Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit.

4. An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in commerce.

5. An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce.

6. A matter must be expressed to be resolved.

7. He who leaves the field of battle first loses by default.

8. Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (if one has neither been
damaged nor incurred a risk, and is unwilling to swear an affidavit --
i.e., "true, correct, and complete," the commercial equivalent of, "
the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" -- on his
unlimited commercial liability for the veracity of his statements and
the legitimacy of his action, he has no credibility, and therefore no
basis for asserting claims/charges or claiming authority).

9. A lien or claim can be satisfied only through rebuttal by
counteraffidavit point-for-point, resolution by jury, or payment.

Judge HULL, it is on that basis of the above Maxims of Law with
specific attention to #2, #3, #4. #5, #6. and #7 that I hold you
accountable for your actions as a sitting Circuit Court judge on the
bench of Oregon and Josephine County. You have ignored your Oath of
Office, and have engaged in a Conspiracy to maliciously prosecute this
natural man and coverup the Criminal Behavior of the following State

that my position is true and correct, and the Josephine County Oregon
Sheriff's Deputies acts have been and continue to be acts of Piracy,
Theft, and Robbery..

Sheriff GILBERTSON has been NOTICED several times to REMOVE the false
information of Suspension from the OREGON Police Computers, yet he and
DISTRICT ATTORNEY CAMPBELL, having repeatedly defaulted on the
Question of Jurisdiction, have steadfastly REFUSED to change their
Corporate policy regarding impounds, discipline, fire, or charge the
crime committing deputies, who infringe upon and violate the
Unalieanble Right to Liberty of Travellers who are not engaged in
Commercial Activities while using the public roadways That sir is a
criminal action that you have lent yourself to in the present criminal
coverup of JOSEPHINE COUNTY JUDICIAL SYSTEM.

"Simulation of Legal Process?" is the very charge, the STATE OF OREGON
and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, accused me of, convicted, yet threw me out of
jail, for lack of Proof of Jurisdiction. If our courts are committing
