British writer Helen Dunmore,born in December 1952,has died of cancer at
64,with obituaries in the Telegraph,Guardian,and her publishers

She was a poet,novelist,short story writer,and columnist.
She represents yet another entry among the "Eminent Elizabethans II",
a category I believe I last evoked on the death of George Michael:
of persons achieving notability within the realms of,
and living lives entirely within the reign of,
Queen Elizabeth II (acceded February 1952).
