The Emir of Qatar is abdicating in favor of his 4th son,who he had
appointed in 2003 to replace his 3rd son as his heir apparent, having
deposed his father in 1995,his father having deposed a cousin in 1972.

It appears that the practice of handing over the throne before death,
and bypassing eldest sons at will, goes back to at least 1876,when the
octogenarian ruler Rulers.org considers to have established Qatar as
a separate entity by signing a treaty with the British in 1868 stepped
down.

The World Trade Center towers MUST rise again,
at least as tall as before...or terror has triumphed.

Sounds like a very loving family.
