Nutter Mary Trump loses legal battle against uncle Donald Trump

A judge in New York has thrown out a lawsuit from Mary Trump against
former President Donald Trump, citing a previous agreement between the
parties.

Mary Trump alleges that she has been defrauded out of millions of dollars
after the former president, who is her uncle, and other family members
conspired to have her sign "her interests away" after her father died.

The judge pointed to a 2001 family settlement as barring the lawsuit from
going forward.

Mary Trump's lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, said they will be seeking an
expedited appeal.

"Yesterday’s decision is both incorrect and disappointing, especially
since it took more than two years for us to get here. In our view, the
court overlooked applicable case law and the well-pleaded allegations in
Mary Trump’s complaint," Kaplan said in a statement to CNN,

Donald Trump is expected to announce a 2024 bid for the White House at his
Mar-a-Lago resort Tuesday evening.
