Inept CCW Gunloon Gets Woman Killed, Lets Killer Escape Unharmed

The incident started Sunday afternoon when Dangerfield, who had a child
with Williams, went to an apartment to retrieve her belongings. Police
said she feared for her safety and got a friend, 62-year-old Cornelius
Tooson � who had a concealed-carry permit � to go with her to the 1718
Casey Drive apartment.
Tooson went upstairs first, at about 3:30 p.m., and Williams confronted
him with a gun.
Tooson and Williams left the building, Streicher said.
Tooson hopped in his car, locked the doors and turned to Dangerfield in
the passenger seat. �We have to leave,� he told her.
Tooson tried to call 911 as Williams walked around to the car�s passenger
side, ordering Dangerfield to open up.
When she refused, Williams shot her through the window, police said.
Tooson pulled out his own gun and fired. The shot missed and his gun
jammed. Williams ran.
A warrant was issued for Williams.

I never had any combat training which is why I would call the police

Tooson behaved like the typical NRA-induced gunloon described by John Lott
- he thought just brandishing the gun would take care of the situation.
Williams was a criminal and he should have run away from a righteous NRA-
brainwashed gunloon with a gun.

I didn't lie. You just can't handle the fact that the NRA lies to its
members and to the public at large when they say a concealed handgun makes
anybody safe. In fact, if you trust a gunloon to protect your life you
could easily wind up dead, along with the gunloon.
This woman would be alive today if she had simply called the police to
resolve this dangerous situation. Even though Williams shot at the police,
the policeman he hit in the head was wearing a helmet that stopped the
bullets.
Ms. Dangerfield was murdered sitting in a car that wasn't moving, and
Tooson's only shot was fired after Ms. Dangerfield was mortally wounded -
and he missed Williams - and then his gun jammed.
So that's typical NRA-approved combat training, according to Robert
Frenchu...
