On Topic - Division of Power - The President

The Executive Branch is afforded executive privilege, which is a
special right of privacy used by presidents when they don't want you
to hear about something bad they did.

Did you watch it to the end? Shows Obama and liberals for what
they are.

You must admit better than MSNBC.

The gridlock and ineffectiveness of government mirrors the effect
of "equality" our leaders are forcing on ordinary people. Poetic
justice? Maybe some deep social psychological condition. I think
it has to do with ruling class control over government and the
people. Government is the only entity that can level the playing
field (short of violent revolution). Keeping government and the
people disorganized allows the rich to continue getting richer.

In fact, some have have said that we are better off if government
does nothing (that said maybe more during the "greed is good, jobs
Americans won't do" era). That opinion probably can be traced to
the ruling class and/or its cheerleaders.

The only regulations Democrats really want are to help subjugate
ordinary people. To see an example of Democrats being in the
pocket of big business (just like Republicans), take a look at the
recent Senate action against allowing Americans to import low-cost
prescription drugs from Canada. It's the same law that Byron
Dorgan was trying to push in his 40 year career as a senator.
Never could get his own party to agree.

Maybe Canadians won't pay as much. Maybe they are more willing to
die. ASK YOUR FELLOW DEMOCRAT BYRON DORGAN AND A FEW OTHER
DEMOCRATS WHO VOTED WITH HIM. The fact that the same product sells
cheaper in some other country is not unusual.

Or you can listen to the Congressional argument like I do. They
are the same exact drugs that we get here. Difference is, drug
companies can get more money from Americans than they can get from
people in other countries. And of course big drug companies want
to maximize their profits.

Big drug companies have a massive lobby in Washington. According
to a simple search, drug companies are the biggest lobby in
Washington. They own both parties, as Byron Dorgan and others have
made clear.

> (And drugs are made of electrons that copy extremely cheaply??)

It's probably not much different than software, the research costs
can be high but the manufacture being fairly easy.

You believe in a huge centralized ever expanding federal
government that removes power from local governments and the
people. That's your problem.
