Democratic presidential candidate Lyndon H. LaRouche, Jr. is running an
expanding campaign to mobilize the core constituencies of the Democratic
Party to ensure that the U.S. government deals with the looming
financial and strategic crisis.
As part of this campaign LaRouche has held three webcasts broadcast live
from his website (<www.larouchecampaign.org>) - with the U.S. and
international press; labor leaders; and most recently with diplomats at
the UN in New York City and in Ottawa, Canada.
Now LaRouche is gaining ballot status, even before his opponents Gore
and Bradley. LaRouche is now officially on the Democratic Party primary
ballots in New Hampshire, Vermont, Delaware and Kansas. In California,
the Secretary of State announced his ballot placement for Presidential
candidates on November 8. He named only three Democrats - Bradley, Gore
and LaRouche - rejecting the attempt by unannounced Democratic candidate
Warren Beatty to lobby behind the scenes for placement on the ballot.

LAROUCHE TELLS DIPLOMATIC CORPS: REVIVE THE NATION STATE!

Nov. 11 - In a presidential campaign that has, so far, featured George W.
Bush, Jr. proudly displaying his ignorance of world leaders, and Al Gore
beating his One-World-Government drum, Democratic Presidential candidate
Lyndon H. LaRouche set a very different standard during a live webcast of a
dialogue between LaRouche and representatives from more than 20 nations,
about the desperate need for the revival of national sovereignty, along the
lines last put forward by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Representatives from the world's most populous nations, including China,
Indonesia, Nigeria, as well as Germany, Russia, Egypt, and the relatively
smaller nations of Sudan, Guinea, Congo-Brazzaville, the Ivory Coast, and
Haiti, gathered in a New York City hotel. A second group, gathered in
Ottawa, Canada, was piped in via a telephone hook-up. For over an hour
and a half, the group of diplomats engaged in an intense dialogue with the
presidential candidate who spoke extensively on the need for a "revolution"
in world affairs, centered on a rejection of the new imperialism known as
globalization, and on the need for reviving the role of the nation-state,
wholly devoted to the promotion of the General Welfare of populations.
Thousands of others had the opportunity to hear the exchange as it was
broadcast live via LaRouche's campaign website. Spokesmen for the campaign
will continue to make the broadcast, itself, along with a full written
transcript, available on the site <http://www.larouchecampaign.org>.
LaRouche also gave a preview of a major foreign policy white paper he
has just completed, "Will the U.S.A. Keep its Sovereignty?". The article
will appear in the Nov 19 edition of EIR, a highly respected international
journal that LaRouche founded, and will also be available on his web site.
LaRouche's national spokeswoman Debra Hanania-Freeman, said, "During the
course of this campaign, Lyndon LaRouche has insisted that the foreign
policy outlook of America's President is the crucial determinant of whether
the United States, and the rest of the world, will find safe passage through
the current strategic and financial crises. This dialogue was truly an
historic event. It is the first time, in anyone's memory, that a candidate
for the U.S.
Presidency submitted to far-reaching and in-depth questioning by
representatives of other nations, as to what they might expect, in this
case, from a LaRouche Administration."
Freeman said that although LaRouche would continue to engage in such
dialogues, she seriously doubted that fellow Democratic hopefuls Gore and
Bradley would follow suit. "Compare the intensity of this discussion with
the badly staged, shoddy spectacle known as the Gore-Bradley debate at
Dartmouth. Had LaRouche been included in that discussion, I
don't think the audience would have been virtually sleeping in the aisles."

Isn't LaRouche a convicted felon? If so, can he even be president?

The Laroucheniks propaganda mill makes the Ministry of Propaganda run by
another Fascist,
Joseph Goebbels, look like a kindergarten operation in comparison. In past
presidential primary elections in New Hampshire his organization ran full page
ads purporting to list the support of various labor leaders and labor
organizations. It contained the names of fictitious persons and non existent
organizations. I suspect that much of his financial support (other than what he
was convicted of bilking from unsuspecting senior citizens) came from the
promoters of nuclear energy. His supporters have the appearance of been neatly
scrubbed, clean cut types. But they are a completely brain washed bunch but
brilliant in their ability to either be very convincing if unable to do that
will provoke you to violent confrontations. They ae an extremely dangerous lot.

While it's true that LaRouche is a convicted felon, the constitution
doesn't bar anyone with a conviction from being President. It's doesn't
bar a certifiable loon either.

The real danger lies in the fact that some lobotimites actually take this
loon seriously, and support him.

A good friend of mine belonged to LaRouche's group when it was still considered
Leftist. They all thought he was brilliant-someone who could speak
authoritatively on almost any subject.

Then they began recruiting people who WERE experts in many of those areas in
which LaRouch pretended to be expert. He was exposed as a charlatan. They
realized that LaRouche was NOT an expert and was fooling them all. My good
friend quit the group. Then they became ultra-right wingers.
