It's called Wild Harvesting. learning what plants provide food in the
wild. Have you read "Stalking the Wild Asparagus"? Jerusalem artichokes
can be planted on any abandoned land. Needs not much care and can be
eaten w/o cooking. Good and good for you. I prefer the American
Artichoke variety.
