As we all know, drugs, homelessness and petty theft are a pandemic in the
USA.

The bulk of all homelessness is caused by mental illness, drug abuse,
laziness and Democrat handouts.

The federal government refuses to deal with the homeless because they have
rights. The federal government also refuses to do anything about the drug
dealers because many Democrats are taking payoffs from them. That
includes the FBI and Department of Justice.

Therefore, the following proposal is made.

Establish a hunting permit for drug dealers, drug mules and drug addicts.

To start, the daily limit per each licensed individual is 10 drug dealers,
drug mules and drug addicts.

Establish a hunting permit for persistent homeless vagrants and repeat
petty theives.

To start, the daily limit per each licensed individual is 5 homeless, and
10 petty thieves.

The homeless will get the message pretty quick and move on. The thieves
are beyond rehabilitation and should just be killed like diseased animals.

The limits can be increased or reduced as the situtation demands.

Weapons must be lethal and humane, capable of dispatching the intended
target in a few seconds. Handguns, ka-bars, sharpened steel reinforcing
rod and baseball bats would be considered acceptable.

Why did you not mention hatchets or e-tools?

One stroke and the skull splits nicely like a melon.

It's called placing a bounty on known criminals and allowing bounty
hunters to bring them in for a reward.

There is *no bag limit* on *bounty hunters* so we revisit the 1800's.
