Just saying.
Isn't it weird to listen to music of "our day" and think, geeze, this is
now "oldies" music?
Or, remember when the "commies" were supposedly the bad guys(tm) according
to all the adults but secretly know that they're really just like us and
don't want the world to be destroyed any more than we do, but.. the powers
that be.. insisted they were some how "bad" LOL
I'm still amused (and happy) that part is long gone, but it is sad to realize
the kids these days don't remember that.
Or, gasp! when "the internet" was NOT "the web" and you had to search using
archie, gopher, veronica and issue commands to LISTSERV.. and use a BBS for
stuff.
When usenet meant using 'tin' on your shell account.
When an iPod was a "walkman"...
A personal computer was an 8-bit (anyone remember the 8-bits?)
Probably the weirdest is seeing this new generation and realizing they're now
the "new generation" and we're the ones standing in the way of progress..
Yea.. we're old. LOL
