I am looking for an investor that could back a land development project.

Person would not only be for the "money" but as a key office manager for
the
operations of the money process.

The project is for the Central Florida area, especially around:
Ocoee, Orlando, Claremont - Florida. (use mapquest to see the area
if you need to)

The project makes a gross of $ 325,500.00 per acre of land. (Minimum)

The size of the property bought for this would be a minimum of 100
acres.

I am qualified to handle the "land development, and subsequent labor at
the project,
the lender would have to help with the "office management aspect".

I don't want to go into too many details here.
