The only way to run in the world is on a track. And the only tracks are at schools.

Running is essential activity. All public school tracks must be open to the
public 24 hours. People need to get their workouts in at odd hours.

Private School Tracks Should Be Open By Regulation Of Commerce

It's the opposite of shutdown.

Private school tracks should be open by regulation of commerce, when not in use by
a school or reserved event.

It's the opposite of shutdown.

Just Wondering

No, it's not.

There are plenty of other places to run besides school grounds.

No it's not. Exercise is important, but running isn't.
Most people run little or not at all.

HELL, NO! The last thing schools need is for the unscreened
members of the general on school grounds during school hours.

No it's not, it's the opposite of individual freedom and liberty.

You want government confiscation of private property rights.
Got it - you're the opposite of an intelligent party.

Go buy yourself a treadmill, or a gym membership. Heck,
just go for a walk in a nearby shopping mall or box store.
Scurry up and down some stairs, ANY stairs. Use your
imagination, just don't demand that government force other
people to let you use their private property.

I agree. The "commerce" part comes when you pay them to open out of
your own pocket.

Excessive running may thicken the heart tissue, causing fibrosis or
scarring, and this may lead to atrial fibrillation or irregular
heartbeat. Prolonged exercise may also lead to "oxidative stress," a
buildup of free radicals that may bind with cholesterol to create
plaque in your arteries.

People can run anywhere.

Now, drop and give me fifty.

What part of "Private" do you think means "Public"?

I would simply note you can't use tracks at PUBLIC schools without approval
and authorization..
