Enclosed is a Letter sent to Hardy Myers, Attorney General for
the State of Oregon. It speaks for itself. I and my family \ have
been under attack by Government/Media Disinformation Operatives for
years.
Government has ignored it.
Media has ignored it.
The attack upon me is an attack upon EVERY man who demands to
live and be FREE, to maintain his Sovereignty over his servant
government. It has been proven to be a lonely battle indeed.
If this kind of crime is allowed to continue, Ignored by
Government and media will not report on it, I fear that our
Constitutional Republic is lost, and Martial Law, a clear and open
Declaration of War upon the American People is just around the corner.
This letter has also been sent to CBS 60 Minutes, and John
Stossel of ABC. Perhaps
one of you will see fit to bring this important news to the American
Public.

this or Let the State of Oregon Taxpayers be Informed that your
office of Oregon Department of Justice is guilty of a Coverup.

Mr. Myers,
In the past, I have addressed you personally and sent to your
office of the Oregon Department of Justice, an enormous amount of
evidence of the on-going Government/Media supported mind
control/disinformation, character assassination, conspiracy to Libel
Campaign directed toward myself and my family members.
To date, you have done nothing about it. Recently Photoshop
altered pictures of my wife labeling her "corpsewife" displaying her
in a state of decomposition along with a "doctored" photo of me which
appeared on my Photo link page was sent to your office as proof to
the degree to which this lengthy, unceasing smear campaign has
descended.
. Those pictures were removed from the Internet in general by the
Photobucket.com server at my demand when I advised them of the
vicious nature of the photos, connected with Government/Media
sponsored Conspiracy to Libel campaign.
Those responsible at photobucket.com removed the photos
immediately. Why has not your office acted equally as swiftly and
responsibly as they have.
I am posting this on the Internet so that a nation will see how
the Oregon State Government has refused to do its job in fighting
crime and protecting its citizens thereby contributing to, and
bringing on the chaos that shall usher in Martial Law. I don't have
to look abroad to find terrorists in my life. I find them on the
Internet, and in my government.

Below is just one of the many recent smears conducted by these
criminals who operate under a host of false names. Because of your
non=action in the past, they have grown bolder in their lies and
smears. They are creating fictional family members and spreading
phony claims of my having been confined at the Salem State Hospital
for a mental health commitment.
Just what the hell does it take for you, as Attorney General of the
State of Oregon to investigate such horrendous crimes?
Why are you, Attorney General Hardy Myers, by your appearance of
nonaction, participating is such a criminal conspiracy coverup?
I am posting this on the Internet. I damned well expect you to act
upon this crime or resign your office and allow someone with integrity
to do the job you once swore to the People of Oregon, to do.

Ray at one time had a picture of his brother Abraham on his website
back in 1999, he was wearing a commercial pilot's uniform. They had a
falling out when Abraham had Ray committed to Salem State Hospital.
Ray was in there for about a month, was released, went off his
medication, and swore he had no brothers.
Ray also has another brother, can't remember his name but Ray waited
until his brother's wife or some other relative died and sent him an
email whining because everything thinks he (Ray) is "some kind of a
nut." His brother was trying to mourne so the email didn't go over
too well & they haven't spoken since.
Ray also had a daughter named Kasia who he abused as a child until she
ran away. She tried to reconcile with him when she got older but he
(Ray) didn't like her husband and got on a "I have no daughter"
schtick. She later disclosed that Ray was using drugs and making his
kids pray to him.
Ray had his wife send an email (which Ray mostly wrote) to to his
mother while she was on her deathbed, attacking her (his mom's)
religion. She died soon after.
This is how Ray treats his family. He has combed his website every
time he has got into it with a member of his family and will remove
anything that refers to them, pictures, etc.
Ray is mentally ill and needs to be put back into Salem State
Hospital. I think Abraham might be trying to do that now which is why
he posted for Ray to contact him. Kasia was involved in the same
effort as was his other brother.
