Hi,
hope you're doing well with all the complaints you get.
My 15 years worth backpay check was sent to my old payee by mistake. I now have been waiting for Baltimore payment center to reissue to my direct Express card. I called the local office and she said Baltimore has it but they haven't marked it as "received" yet. They should be s reissuing it to my card asap. This has been many yrs if waiting and mistake on SSA's part.
