2000 skidoo dies on accel occasionally

My 2000 skidoo 600 grand touring will occasionally die on hard accel.
I stop and it cranks and restarts immediately. Doesn't happen often
but don't want to be left stuck middle of the night by myself
sometime. Any idea what might cause this?
