As a man whose sole job is to title and describe pipes for a
living..... you now see where some interesting dilemma can crop up.
Once I had to title a pipe "Rusticated Asymmetrical Bent Ball". I
think I just found it's "soul mate".

creating something that would not raise an eyebrow with Herr Freud. I
have an entire can full of tampers that fell into the "holy crap, I

Heh, actually, you might be able to charge a premium.Every pipe that
has given me fits to describe (and not have our site placed on some
kind of Porn Watch Dog list) flew out the door. Perhaps you can create
an "Exotics" category?

I did a Ming Destiny full size sculpture that was...well...very weiner-
like and it sold rather quickly, and to a psychologist (not associated
with the pipe world).

Seems like a fitting match to the word "organic" which seems to crop
up in pipe descriptions from time to time....

Hahaha- I know what you mean, Art. My first attempt at tamper making
got a raised eye-brow from my girlfriend. She said: "That looks like a
..." ;) I looked at it with a fresh eye, and lo' and behold if the
chick wasn't right. Of course it had a nice spiral body but the rounded
head was the problem. :)

My hat's off to you sir, for your adept ability at making non-phallic
shaped tampers!

I would, but in the privacy of my own home... under the cover of darkness...
my cats sworn to secrecy. Then again, if it was a gift I would feel
obligated to smoke it in front of that person. Heh, wouldn't that be a hoot
to mess with your pipe smoking buddy?

Well, the pipe definitely fits in with some of the anime and manga I've seen
over the years :)

Actually this pipe and discussion reminds me of one of my friends who refers
to my Negoita walnut pipe as "the scrotum pipe" ^^

I think Bo could have made a faithful reproduction of a labia, and it
would have sold. He was just that good.

Hey Rick. The pipe was a ball, with a line down the middle, making it
look like a pair of cahones. I was just commenting that he could have
even gone so far as to faithfully reproduce a labia, and it would have
sold. Sorry for the confusion.

Dear ASP:

In keeping with this thread, check out the following links:

1. Scroll down until you see the Armellini Butt Pipe, and then
especially the Baldo Baldi...whatever you want to call it....pipe.

http://community-2.webtv.net/busisav/UniquePipes/

2. Scroll all the way down until you get to the Jorn Micke's pipes:

http://www.digitalfoto-pfalz.de/pfeifenseiten/artikel/reiseberichte/wagnerstabaklaedelizuerich.html

No doubt what Baldi, Armellini and Micke were thinking of when they
made these, eh?
