Hey Max,

At:

<http://online.shopcigarettes.org/marlboro-southern-cut-cigarette-review.html>

the guy does a video review of the cigarettes. He reads the blurb on
the back of the pack, where Marlboro states "Southern Cut" is just the
name their blenders gave to this particular new brand of Marlboros.

No applauds...just throw money!

Best regards,
Bert

Southern cut tobacco is tobacco that has been planted in north to
south rows. Now like all farming the machines and such will go up and
down the rows in all facets of planting, growing and harvesting. Now
like organic farming and products records and such needs to be kept in
regards to various things and the same goes with the declaration of
southern cut, northern cut and also in area both eastern and western
cut. To be truly Southern Cut tobacco only that tobacco planted in
north/south rows and only tobacco that can be certified that all
facets of farming has been done in the southern direction can be
called Southern Cut.

They also say that depending on the climate and locations of the farms
that southern cut can be better at times than northern cut but
depending on the the soil, moisture and other uncontrollable variables
eastern or western cut might be almost as good but nothing will ever
beat true southern cut tobacco for flavor and nicotine.
