evening greets all from 67, raining Western NY. Turned computer back on after lightning show passed on by. After dinders, DGT '06 Ashbury in little bowl Ascorti "Business" calabash, tea/read evening "rag" in smoking room. After checking regular sites, latest e-messages....to the StokersHaven chat, then later the original ASP chat.

Good evening Ed and ASP
Very nice day here in coastal Ct, with plenty of sun and we hit
82degrees, currently at 72. Managed to get a bit done, including the
ceremonial taking down of the deck table and chairs from storage, and
I'm looking forward to sitting on the deck enjoying my wife and dog,
along with a bowl of what ever hits me. Pool opening tomorrow, and I'm
looking forward to being able to go for a swim. Dinner was simple
tonight, with souvlaki the order of the day, followed by a "Nub",
which frankly Im glad I only have 1 of. Not my favorite smoke for
certain. Now it's water, accompanied by a bowl of some very old
McConnell Oriental in a Dunhill root prince from the 60's. A nice pipe
that doesn't get smoked as much as it should.

Evenin' all, sounds like everyone's having a nice evening. Just finished ordering some tobacco,
and am now relaxing with a bowl of what I'm pretty sure is PS Proper English, which I bought a
couple of pounds of some years back, in a Sav Roma straight apple. Nice little pipe, but it
calls for the balsa filters which I don't have. But it seems to smoke just fine without.
