As to your claim about the author and their race I trust that as much

No no, they're trying to get money *out* of Nigeria.
I'm currently working with several individuals (and some bank
officials who wish to remain anonymous) to get money safely out those
pesky Nigerian banks and into the U.S..
I stand to collect upwards of $30 million just for helping!
I just have to send them a few thousand dollars first to get some
official paper work done.
