Studies have previously shown when someone quits smoking tobacco they
are 85% more likely to gain weight. On occasions weight significantly
increases when food, usually high in calories, is substituted for
cigarettes. Ex-smokers often complain of hunger pangs believing that
cigarettes were either an aid to slimming or helped to take the urge
to eat away.

In most cases ex-smokers are simply looking for something to replace
the tobacco habit. Quitting tobacco and using an electronic cigarette
in place could reduce the risk of gaining weight by simulating the
tobacco smoking habit. The traditional taste of tobacco and a
controlled nicotine burst are inhaled through a vapor mist much the
same as real cigarette. The smoking habit can be enjoyed in a safer
way and may prevent the urge to binge eat.

An alternative such as the www.vipelectroniccigarette.co.uk may reduce
the chances of weight can by substituting the smoking habit.
