It's been pretty much established that the "Colonel" is not a Vietnam vet
and most likely not a Colonel. So it's a safe bet that he or she is lying

the Vietnam war started in 1959 ,
if the colonel is 75 it means he enlisted at age 54 ,
if he was there in the beginning

people who create problems and then turn around and offer up their own
