SKINHEADS BLAMED FOR TSSRA

A Negress at the "historically-white" University of Mississippi is
blaming Skinheads for the refusal of students to quit chanting "The
South Shall Rise Again." Aevan Gibson wrote a letter to the "Daily
Mississippian" student-newspaper, loaded with stereotypes, but, more
importantly, belying the vantage-point of the Black Caucus in its war
against the Ole-Miss "Rebels." Not to give her undue attention, but a
point-by-point rebuttal might be interesting and useful.

BARRETT STORY "UNBRIDLED PROPAGANDA"

Response: It, actually, reported on something other than what the
NAACP, Black Caucus, Black Panthers and Black Student Union had to say
or wanted to hear. You are correct in one respect, however.
"Nationalism" is, indeed, "unbridled."

The cover story of Friday, November 6th's Daily Mississippian was an
irresponsible piece of unbridled propaganda.

Response: Meaning that anything the Negro-element finds "offensive"
must be shunned, shut down and banned. Focus, instead, on such
"responsible" individuals as Stokeley Carmichael, H. Rap Brown, Bobby
Seale, Julian Bond, Huey Newton, James Meredith, Imare Obadele and
Malcolm X, as well as such "responsible" slogans as "Burn-Baby-Burn,"
"Black-Power," "Black-is-Beautiful," "Get Whitey" and "We Shall
Overcome."

The "Segregationist" headline, preceded by the words "The Nationalist
Movement" in faux-innocent faded font, disgusted me.

Response: Horror of horrors. Neither the South, nor segregation, nor
whites, nor Nationalism, nor patriotism, nor Americanism must be
allowed to arise. The Nationalist Movement, especially, must be
trounced, for being unapologetic about being all-American. Only
things "African," "Pan-African," "Ebonics," "Afro," "Black" and "Of
Color" (or those who cater to such things) must be given credence.
However, maybe the students are finally disgusted enough with you
(Negro-scholarships, Negro-preferences, Negro-schools, Negro-pageants,
Negro-TV, Negro-gerrymandering, Negro-handouts, Negro-crime and Negro-
carping) to say and do something about it.

It managed to simultaneously mask the ravings of a neo-Klansman as
news, and link this drivel with the concerns of the chanters of "The
South Will Rise Again."

Response: When there is no logic, reason or facts to back up your
stance, try name-calling and ad-hominem attacks. When whites (read as
"non-hyphenated Americans," if you prefer) begin to stand up, fight
back and, actually, make progress, try to malign and sling mud at
them. Or, as another "anti" on the "DM" website insisted, just kill
them.

Why, I wonder, would a college campus need to be aware of this
"Nationalist Movement"?

Response: Maybe because The Nationalist Movement wrote the law-of-the-
land in the United States Supreme Court which gave the students the
right to use public-property for freedom-of-speech, namely chanting
"The South Shall Rise Again" in the stadium. See, "Forsyth County v.
The Nationalist Movement." Maybe because The Nationalist Movement
litigated to get the Mississippi-flag-vote on the ballot, delivering
the Black Caucus a 2-to-1 defeat at the hands of the electorate.
Maybe, because The Nationalist Movement supported the students on
"Colonel Reb," succeeding in backing down Robert Khayat. Or, maybe
because The Nationalist Movement is supporting the students on "TSSRA"
and has the resources, ability and determination to make the students'
free-speech stick.

Are rampaging Skinheads really a problem at Ole Miss?

Response: Not sure they are a "problem" anywhere, but rampaging Black
Panthers, as well as Meredith-Invaders proponents, sure are.

I can't see any nationalist activity in the Grove from where I sit
penning this letter.

Response: You may have missed the last Nationalist rally there,
supporting "Colonel Reb," attended by 900 students, prompted after
the Nationalists subpoenaed the entries of Khayat's "Colonel"-
replacement "contest," which exposed how the scheme was rigged.
Thanks to the pressure and a 93% pro-"Colonel" vote by the students,
Khayat backed down, just as Jones has been backed down over "TSSRA."
Maybe you, also, missed the students hoisting TSSRA signs and grabbing
up Rebel, Mississippi and American flags, as well as No Apology for
Segregation pamphlets, over at the entrance to the Grove.

No, I doubt nationalism is really so relevant to my fellow "Rebels."

Response: "Rebels" are not your "fellows." "Rebels" are
Confederates, who fought for the South, many of whom are buried on-
campus. You acquaint with the "Tigers" of "historically-Negro"
Jackson State. Ole Miss is "historically-white." When one of your
"homies" tried to taunt one of the "TSSRA" backers in the Grove, a
student was overheard telling him to "Go to Jackson State," something
you may wish to consider, as well. "Nationalism" is a rising tide of
democracy and majority-rule sentiment and organization. It is strong
and becoming stronger on campuses. Get used to it or get out of its
way.

What should be is this article, designed to equate their heartfelt
pride in the South with the babbling of a white supremacist.

Response: The "South," sometimes called the "Solid South," contains
the purest and most-homogeneous strain, which traces back directly to
the Founding Fathers and Anglo-Saxon foundations of the country. The
Confederacy, itself, was an attempt to supplant "Africanism" with
"Americanism." You like We Shall Overcome, meaning that the red-black-
and-green flag of "New Africa" will fly over America, whereas those
opposing you prefer "The South Shall Rise Again," meaning that the red-
white-and-blue of "Old Glory," with a little boost from the spirit and
"rebellion" of the "Stars-and-Bars," will fly over America. Who has
the tradition to take you on and beat you back? The South did it
after the Reconstruction and, as the "Charlie Daniels Band" plays,
"the South is going to do it again." Not just for the South, however,
but for the whole country. Who has the gumption to replace black-
power with Southern-Pride? To elevate George Washington over Barack
Obama? The "Rebels" (they don't call them "Rebels" for nothing).
The students. The South. And, the American people.
