brown color spots on my feet

I have seen massive number of brown color spots on my feet for some time. I do not
know what is causing these spots to appear on my feet?.. are these going to be there
permanently?.

Any recommendations as what i can do?.

consider obtaining a clinical assessment from a physician. A
dermatologist would probably be in the best position to give you the
advice you desperately seek.
