If you just click on "end" it will avoid you having to plough through
all the old ones. Should take you right to the newest pictures.
It was fearfully cold up there on the Heath, I went with a couple of
friends, for safety more than anything, and we had a smashing time. Was
very glad to note the ponies had plenty of extra victuals and were
looking fine.
After the shortened walks of the last couple of days the dogs went quite
mad for a while just tearing about the place like soppy appuths.

I have learned to do that! It seems strange to see snow on the heath.
More like Bronte country at the moment!

I'm afraid I only got as far as the garden today, and the North East
wind decided me to stay in. :-(
Maybe tomorrow, but the wind is going to be a feature, according to the
forecast and pressure charts.
Pity my daughter arriving back from Egypt in the early hours of tomorrow
morning!

Funny you should say that because I just got a text from No 1 son
telling me they had arrived back in Manchester and couldn't believe the
weather. They had driven from Bristol airport, after a short break in
Montpelier.
He said it was horrendous and the roads deadly.
I am so glad they are safely home.
