Yeah, you can't believe everything you hear.

Turns out there was no nigger in John's life, it was really a dark

Needless to say, your gay friends are wrong.
HOWEVER, a combination of gay men initially claiming to be bisexual before
coming out as gay (such as Elton John, for example) perhaps because they
suffer from the delusion that bisexuals are more accepted than gays (when
in fact they are far less accepted) coupled with the relative invisibility
of real bisexuals leads some people to believe that all bisexuals are
really closeted gays.
So in short, saying that there are no bisexuals is rather like saying there
are no Australians, just closeted New Zealanders who can't face the stigma
of being known for shagging sheep.
BTW, given the widespread antipathy towards bisexuals in both the gay and
straight community, despite what Woody Allen said, being bisexual does not
double your chances. It greatly reduces them.

I think that is probably a reasonable explanation. I have to admit I've known few
true bisexuals (assuming they do exist and the tag wasn't just applied to excuse
sexual experimentation). However, I have met people who have, in my opinion, been
omnisexual (man woman or brown dog and I mean that literally). We have an expression,
he'd fuck a snake if he could get someone to hold the head.

You'll really have to get over this thing you have about sheep, David.

You're right about, although they were briefly fashionable a while ago. But like most
men, I have to say that doesn't apply to bisexual women.
Razz
I've known some true bisexuals -- that is, people who honestly desire
people of both sexes -- but relatively few. I think it's foolhardy to say
that there's *any* form of sexuality that doesn't exist.

2. IF he were gay, why would it automatically demote his worth

Not that I believe he was gay, mind you (probably wishful thinking).
> Now are we talking fantasy or reality here? Do straight men *truly* desire

I think it's the hope of transforming fantasy into reality. There's always the chance
of a threesome. I know I don't find it particularly threatening and I have had
affairs with a few and, incidentally, had a few threesomes, too. It's surprising how
many women are bisexual or wouldn't mind the opportunity to be that way.
Razz
At least bisexual women are a realistic fantasy. Lesbians aren't.

It's not really that surprising. Women tend not to be nearly as threatened
by same-sex activity as men. After all, if one closes one's eyes, it makes
very little difference who's with you. I don't know that I'd call that
bisexuality though. We do call it the sex *drive* after all. Someone who
waits to be charmed into it by you and would never have acted on it
otherwise isn't exactly driven.
David, who points out that nevertheless the majority of humans prefer
penises on their partners.

Jackie once sassed that she was afraid Jr. was going to grow up & become
a hairdresser & she also expressed concern about the effect all her arty
friends (like Truman Capote & Barishnikov) would have on him. Andy
Warhol even shot a short film of Jr. when he was around 12 years old.
When Jr. was 17, Jackie sent him out west to a ranch of that guy (forgot
his name -- he's been on CNN) to "butch it up" by chopping wood, living
in the rugged outdoors etc. etc. Hilariously, though, this ranch dude
meant to make "a man" out of JFK Jr. was almost posing as Jr's *widow*

looked like a black-silk bowed blouse) saying how much he loved Jr.,
what an "Adonis" he was & how Jr. was "the light of his life". His

Can you prove all male homosexuals engage in anal sex?
Maybe some of them just do hugging and kissing because that's the
best way to avoid crab lice, hepatitis and other ailments.
"Top" and "bottom" are used by Outweek magazine to describe the
lust for political power and the lust for political weakness
present in various gay men.
As e e cummings said about them, "There are a hun-dred mil-lion
others!"
>Can't you work some gerbils into this scenario?
JFK Junior would have been stupid to alienate the animal rights
movement. George magazine ran a laudatory piece on it in the
November 1997 issue.
Yeah! You know how the press is always on top of the Kennedy family!
I remember reading daily reports about JFK sr bringing women into the WH!

Man. His other cry was, 'Fuck me, darling! I've got diamonds in my arse!'

That may be true, but in many cases the level of same or opposite sex
desire is so minimal as to make them "Ivory Soap" straight or gay -- 99
44/100% "pure."
To call someone bisexual because they once had a fleeting thought about a
member of the "wrong" sex or were capable of performing while fantasizing
desperately about the "right" sex is silly.
Certainly a novel way to get circumcised.
That was my feeling. I thought (I was very young) that it might have other meanings,

This is true.
Also, did you ever notice the personal ads from "bisexual" women that
say "no men, women only"?
I have no idea what other (if any) meanings it has. I've certainly never

Wrong. Everyone has the potential, certainly,

seriously entertained the idea of sex with
women, and straight men who have never ditto
with other men. One might be tempted to
claim "repression," but the point remains,
they would never call themselves anything

I also had another friend who claimed a la Isherwood to have fucked a fowl. He always
You probably know all of the above, but just in case......
And, no I haven't more info.
Hopefully, someone else does.

Doubtful. Barlow is notorious for hyperbole. More likely that his own
interpretation was the correct one. He waxed pretty fervent on the
subject of CBK, too.

Was your friend in "Pink Flamingos"?

He should have been. He was inordinately well hung and treated his cock like a pet.
He was very fond of displaying it and handling it and occasionally dipping it in his
drink while having conversations with it. He also like walking up behind sitting
women and draping it over their shoulder. The lucky bugger was not only well hung but
very handsome to boot. When we used to knock around together he was a policeman.

Yes, but they used doves and songbirds. A domestic white orpington is a different
matter again. As I remember it, his gown was very Louis XV.

Yes, I recall hearing that, baby. Did GV ... flesh out .... any of the
details?!

*Literally* in?!
Hugs,
Janice, wondering if "his friend" was Billy looking for a bit of
friction for his boy-penis & if fowl's death was caused by a scorching
case of herpes.

I'm glad you cleared that up. 20 yrs would have been hard to believe.
The only reason I asked was that I once abstained from all sex for one
month, and never felt better, but I couldn't last. I once had a friend
who was abstinent for 8 years, which really impressed me.
