Hollywood's hottest pair have yet to go public, but sources tell Star
that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's next step as a couple might not be
so easy to hide.
"They've kept so many secrets lately that it would be no surprise to
find they're keeping another - planning for a baby, or already being
pregnant," a source tells Star.
Sources also say that people on the Chicago set of Jen Aniston's new
film The Break Up are wondering if Angelina is in the early stages of
pregnancy.
While the couple have been ultra-top secretive about their
relationship, they've been open about their desires for big families.
In the past, Angelina, 30, has said she prefers adoption, and she even
adopted son Maddox, 3, in Cambodia in 2002. "I'm drawn to kids that are
already born. I believe I'm meant to find my children in the world and
not necessarily have them genetically." But now her feelings for Brad,
41, may be changing her mind. "Angelina is very giving, and if she
thinks a baby will make Brad happy, she probably won't hesitate," the
source adds. Reps for both actors deny Angelina is pregnant.
But even if the Oscar winner does have a baby on the way, it doesn't
mean she'll keep Brad around. While Brad is ready to settle down with a
family, Angelina isn't so sure. "Angelina has told Brad she'd like to
keep seeing him, but she's made it clear she intends to see other men,"
a source tells Star.
And the actress has talked openly about liking to keep multiple lovers.
"She's complicated. She can be all over a man one day and the next she
doesn't want to know him."
Angelina projects an attitude of invulnerability that Doug Liman, Mr. &
Mrs. Smith's director, couldn't get her to shake when filming the hit
movie, a source on the movie tells Star. "He had a hard time getting
the soft side out of her." But that just seems to make Brad want her
more. He's left his marriage and taken up Angelina's interests, like
fighting world poverty, in an effort to woo her - a source says he's
"putty in her hands. Brad's in awe of Angelina.
He's trying to figure out how to pursue her without smothering her."
That includes making plans to work in England, near Angelina's English
home, but the pair won't be living together. "Angelina's attitude is,
fine, move [to England], but don't do it just to be close to me," says
the source.

Maybe she'll claim it's David Crosby's.
