Winona Ryder to miss boyfriend's debut

Winona Ryder can't be at the Bowery Ballroom tonight to see the debut of the
new Columbia recording artist Pete Yorn. She's in California doing the movie
"Deeds," with Adam Sandler.
If she could, I think Ryder would want to be here, because sources tell me she
and Yorn are dating. Naturally, reps for both said otherwise, describing the
two as "just friends."
By the way, if you're keeping a scorecard, Yorn is the brother of Rick Yorn,
one of Michael Ovitz' partners at the Artists Management Group in Los Angeles.

Saw him perform at the WeHo Virgin Megastore last week and he was decidedly
underwhelming. Unfortunately, he's all over the place now, opening up for
everyone under the sun. He better get photographed with Noni a helluva lot if
he wants to sell any cds.

Then he'd better start performing (as in music) on the same side of the country
as Noni is in asap--since she has been know to stick around for a nanosecond.
