Linden Soles, he of the ever-changing hair color, GONE?
And whatever happened to the once omnipresent Jonathon Mann? For awhile it
looked like he was in lineto be CNN's counterpart to Dan Rather. He was a
pretty good news reporter/newsreader, IMO.

I, too, think Jonathan Mann is a cutie and wondered why he was not more visible
on CNN. However I think he is in Europe anchoring CNN International.
My $.02 worth: CNN needs Forrest Sawyer, who is also a cutie and mucho
underused at ABC!
CNN sorely lacks star power...

Don't you think Linden wears far too much foundation/cover-up? Even more
than Bryant Gumble.

Jonathan Mann DOES quite a few things on CNNI(nternational).
He has a daily (?!) show called "Insight" and some other anchoring
at times.
As to Linden Soles: did I hear he went to work in California or did
I just dream that???!

FRANK magazine in Canada has a pretty funny transcript of a telephone
conversation where they phoned him up and pretended to be casting agents
for a Wal-Mart TV shopping channel. Based on the apparent desperation in
his answers, I'd say he's "on the market".
