concerning the perils of dogging, has been able to come up with even one
verifiablly true fact, to support thier increasingly ridiculous arguments?
maybe they should get a job working for blair, so they can provide him with
"intelligence" regarding the next country bush wants to attack in pursuit of
financial gain...................lol

Health chiefs in Kent have taken to posting messages on sites promoting
"dogging" - warning of a rise in sexually-transmitted diseases.
They say the craze may be partially responsible for rises in chlamydia, HIV,
syphilis and hepatitis.
Dr Richard Byrne, from the Rural Affairs and Environment Group at Harper
Adams University College in Newport said that because dogging operated at
the "fringes of legality and social acceptability", those taking part were
at risk.
He said: "There is the potential for younger and more vulnerable people to
be drawn in - certainly there is heavy use of alcohol associated with these
events, and there is anecdotal evidence of rohypnol (a "date-rape" drug).
"There are concerns that prostitutes will be drawn to areas where dogging is
common, and that other types of crime will increase."
He said that, in country parks at least, changes to the design of car parks
might help curb their use as venues.
However, he added: "You can't simply increase the amount of lighting - that
just makes it easier to make videos or take pictures."

the thing that this champion of our moral well being does not seem to
understand, is that dogging has been going on for decades, and is now
certainly in decline, due mainly to media attention, and the infestation of
most venues by idiot single guys!
finally i wonder if something such as institionalised child abuse, is not
something that should perhaps be rather more important to anyone who is
genuinely concerned about others sexual behaviour, than repeating parrot
fashion media nonsense about dogging?

Some how I doubt you ever will see anything more than that you already
believe.

It's so typical how the powers that be only do the bare minimum of what
should be done to help educate people about such matters, but generally
people that play this and other adult games are more savvy about those
matters than you have been led to believe. After all you are talking about
adults and not a bunch of juveniles.

Let's face it, it is easy to pin the short comings of the Health department
in eradicating these diseases on a group of faceless individuals, but in
truth your more likely to catch these things by going out to a night club
and picking up a slapper for the night. Surely it has more to do with a
change in overall attitude of this and other societies.

Having read this report I am inclined to suggest you drop your line of
thoughts as that report has alrady be found ot be full of innacuracies and
countless unfounded assumptions by a group of people that do not understand
anything more than agriculture and Environmental issues. This very document
was a basis for a rather scathing attack in a farming program on Radio 4.
If I am at risk it is at my choice and should be no concerne for you or
anyone else.

All speculation, those risks are no greater than in any other part of
society and I can assure you that alcohol is not that common, it is infact
frowned upon, no one wants to have sex with someone that is only doing so
because they are incapable of doing so with out the aid of such things.
Anyone using a date rape drug is deserved of a long sentence, however as a
consumer of dogging I have not seen drug taking of anykind.

That is about the only thing you have said that is true. We tend to deal
with such threats ourselves, we are quite apt at self policing such things
and genereally the ladies concerend give up after a night or two as most
doggers are too tight to pay, thats why they are dogging in the first place.

If there is a place to park and a patch of grass to shag on then no matter
what changes are made the place in question will always be suitable.
