Keith, I LOVE IT! I copied your instructions and I'll start doing
this right now in the groups I subscribe to. Maybe it won't save the
world but If it will help get a few of these peckerheads' accounts
yanked, the satisfaction alone will be worth the effort. Thanks for
the idea!!

As to the rest of it, I think you're right on the money. Especially
the part about WinDoze. GUI-WIMP interfaces have made computers easy
enough to use that even John Q. Public can now get by with a feeble
attempt. Every corporate marketing department in the world (well at
least in the US) knows that if you want something to fly with the
public, keep it simple, real simple. If you doubt this check out all
the no-brainer TV, the no-brainer movies, the no-brainer music, the
no-brainer press out there that are making *tons* of money. Anything
the public has to work too hard to watch, read, or listen to won't
fly. Making computers "simple" to use, along with the media's hype of
everything cyber has given the simple-heads yet another toy.
Unfortunately, serious users pay the price for their half-assed games.
Somebody please go back in time and shoot Gates before he gets a
chance to start Microsoft!
