Does anyone know the street scene in Fresno, Central Valley area?

Fresno:
There are three major areas,
#1 Motel drive along hwy 99 between McKinley and Olive. This area has been
hit by the cops allot, and has slowed in the last few years, there is a CHP
station nearby and although this is not their area they drive through allot
and stir up some trouble.

#2 Various areas of Blackstone, primarily near the shopping mall, and again
heavily populated by cops

#3 F street between Fresno and Inyo streets, low class blacks and Hispanic
crank whore street walkers, $10-$20 This is an old area that the cops don't
seem to care about, not unusual to see drug deals in the streets.

#4 G street between Ventura and church, similar to above, FS with a condom,
$20

Visalia CA. (35 Miles south)
The Oval, a park located on the north side of town, court street runs right
to it, similar to above, less cops than the others, but less providers also,
action varies from dead to moderate.

Tulare Ca. (45 miles south of Fresno)
#1 K street between Inyo and Page, the hottest area here is infront of the
fairgrounds, and just south of Bardsley street. Price range similar to
above, police moderate to low, I have never known them to do stings,
although they may check you if parked in the wrong area.

#2 Inyo street west from J street to B street, various street walkers,
action goes from dead to hot depending, I can't tell, but I would guess it
is dead near the first of the month because they get welfare checks, there
is one provider, Virginia, in a white house on the corner of Inyo and E
(north east corner) she usually stands out on the porch, or in the yard,
various times of the day, I have seen her for several years, $10 and she
takes you in the house for BBBJ, this is the safest as far as cops are
concerned, because you are in the house and they can't bug you.

Overall I have noticed a drop in all of these areas in the last few years, I
have been in this hobby for about 5 years, and I hardly ever pay more than
$10, maybe $15 in these areas, of course quality varies from rushed paranoid
crank whore to a good slow BBBJ.

Well, after a three hour search in the areas discribed, I've come to
the conclusion that Fresno is dead. I didn't get down to Visalia,
however.
