important than a frollic).
A Dirty Western
Three convicts escape from a frontier jail and descend upon
a lonely farmhouse. Rape, sodomy, kidnapping, and more rape.
Autobiography of a Flea
I really liked the file "Autobiography of a Flea". It is
a little bizarre and looks like a 70's vintage flick. It has some
rape scenes where a young girl (maybe 15 or 16) is walking across
a field and is raped by a horny boy working in the field. His father
(John Holmes, I think) also joins in and says "I'm going to come
inside you, can you feel it, huh, can feel it, I'm gonna cum in you..."
There is another scene where a father is tricked into having sex with
his virgin daughter. He makes a deal where he can have sex with
another guy's daughter, but they do the old switcharoo and he winds
up screwing his own daughter. He is led into a room where the girl
is draped so that all he can see is her torso, pussy, and legs. She
can't see him and he can't see (or recognise) he is fucking his own
little girl.
The title comes from the concept that the whole film is
from the viewpoint of a flea that sees all this action by hopping
on the various characters in the film and secretly riding them around.
The movie starts out with a boy clumsily trying to screw a
girl in a secluded nook of a garden (of a Church?). They are
discovered by a priest who decides to have the girl for himself.
There is a fair bit of priests using their position to convince
girls to let them have a fuck for god (or something like that).
Avenged
Local baddies rape and murder beautiful sheriffs daughter while she
is closing up the diner where she's a waitress. They take her in
the kitchen, rape here, and finish her off. Quite lame.
Barbarian Queen - "Buxom heroine" is Sybil Danning. Also stars Donald
Pleasance
Torture scenes involving a fairly buxom heroine - includes
assorted gratuitous rape scenes, Joe Bob gave it four stars, said
"Check it out."
The torture scene involves the heroine (topless) being strapped to
a rack. A metal "hand" figure with an extended index finger is hung
in front of her. The finger tip is extremely sharp. As the hand bobs
back and forth, the tip jabs at the nipple of her left breast,
causing her to squirm, which, in turn, causes the rack to tighten,
pulling on her wrists and ankles. She finally escapes by seducing
and killing her torturer.
Barbed Wire Dolls
Female prison flick, mid 70's? Sadistic female warden rapes
beautiful inmate, and a guard rapes another woman. Really
sick.
Basic Instinct
Michael Douglas throws his ex-wife over a setee and
humps her up the ass.
Because of the Cats (R)
In the Mystery section. Thugs break in to a couple's apartment
and strip and rape the woman while the husband
is forced to watch. Full frontal nudity.
Behind the Green Door
Definite hardcore material with Marilyn Chambers being abducted,
bound (with chains even!) and forced to perform her best before
an audience. Classic porno movie. I'm amazed that you did not
include it on the [original] list.
Big Bad Mama
Angie Dicensen and her family lose the farm, and she ends
up getting arrested and raped in jail by the sheriff (or whoever).
Not too graphic, and not much skin, but you know that's what's
happening.
Bizarre Encounters.
With Mistress Tantala. I saw her in something else, and
she didn't take herself too seriously in that either. This features
bondage, sex, and humor, but not always together. Both male and
female submissive.
Casualties of War (1988??) Directed by Brian DePalma
starring Michael J. Fox & Sean Penn.
Well and then there's "Casualties of War", Sean Penn has his squad
snatch a young vietnamese girl from her village, he does her on a
picnic table about halfway through the movie. They kill her to hide
the evidence, Michael J. Fox character, who of course did not join in
the fun, has a hell of a time with the whole thing. Supposed based on
a true story.
For a moment ignoring the discussion that the film is
an allegory for what the war did to the Vietnamese
people and their lands, 2/3s of the plot consists of
the abduction, torture, rape, and eventual murder of
a young vietnamese woman (nee girl) by all but 1
member of a US Army patrol. If this film does not
convince you of the necessity of consensuality in any
Domaniance/Submission scene, you better check your
pulse. Not recommended for fun or titilation, however
for those interested in the title subject, well worth
the rental.
Chained Heat
Stars Linda Blair (of Exorcist fame) as 'sweet young thing' sent
to women's prison. Male prison warden (of course) regularly
takes prisoners up to his office (hot tub, mirror ceilings,
etc.) for "rehabilitation" :-). Also stars Wendy O. Williams &
possibly Sybil Danning. 2 stars.
Close Encounters of the Sexual Kind
A magic talisman makes the bearer of it irresistable
(from a sexual standpoint). One woman in posession of it is raped
by three yard-workers at her house. Also includes a brother and
sister doing their teacher (with dubious consent).
Crimes of Passion
Definite perversion, light (R-rated) or heavy (X-rated) bondage
Daddy
Younger girl is raped by another woman and her boyfriend. Pretty
graphic. Afterwards the victim becomes reclusive and behaves like
a young child. She re-embraces her sexuality at the end of the film
by having sex with her father. Whatever. Not a bad movie all in all,
kind-of funny, has a plot running the whole time.
Dracula Exotica (1983 I think)
The first (sex) scene in Dracula (Jamie Gillis) mansion has
some "wench" put in stocks, head and wrists, beat on her bare butt
(fake fake fake, red finger-paint, maybe?) and raped from behind
while still in the stocks, for all you sadistic little pukes, it's
a real short scene, but followed by Dracula then dragging in his
virginal girlfriend and letting the revelers have a good grope while
they pin her down on the dining room table and rip her clothes off,
then he clears them out to do the nasty; definitely non-consentual;
she kills herself afterwards, and of course he realizes the error of
his ways and does himself in.
Cut to the future...and for all you necrophiliacs some
coroner's assistant in modern day NYC does a then-dead woman, who
of course is reborn as a vampire and puts the bite on him as he
comes on her. They didn't show you *what* she bit...
Dresden Diaries (Parts 1-3).
I've only seen part 2. These were in the Leisure Concepts
catalog. Women get tied and whipped and pierced and squirm a lot.
Dust
Interracial rape scene. Set in a very isolated farm in
South Africa. A withdrawn, passive white woman is
increasingly dominated by a black farmhand, who eventually
rapes her. The rape is presented as a liberating
experience for the victim, which makes sense in the
context of the story but may offend some people. Quite
graphic.
Easy
"Easy" contains a lesbian rape scene of Jessie St. James
by Georgina Spelvin.
Emmanual
There is one early on in the original "Emmanual" film, in
which a girl is chased off into the woods.
I showed this on campus when I ran films. I think it is a lame movie.
Emmanuel II
A young woman who comes on to our title character
while literally on a slow boat to china, tells the
story (shown) of being raped by 3 asian women.
Actually better than the original.
Emerald Jungle
Emrald Jungle is not Emerald Forest. A group of people lived
in the jungle surrounded by cannibals. A widow was forced to have
sex with brother in laws in public (I guess that's semi-rape). Then
a few people tried to escape several were caught and one of the
women raped, then all ate by cannibals. There is a few good cannibal
scenes as well. Rape scene is kind of short and broken.
Evil Dead
Girl attacked by vines which rip most of her clothes off and
have their way with her.
Flesh and Blood
Directed by Paul Verhoeven. It will be in the foreign film section,
most likely. Jennifer Jason Leigh is raped by Rutger Hauer
and cronies, but she tries to turn it to her advantage. Very
interesting from a psychological point of view.
Frenzy
Frenzy was criticized upon its 1972 release for its graphic sexual
violence. But I can think of no other movie scene that better
captures the feeling of being on the brunt end of male sexual
psychosis. Its deft insistence on the woman's viewpoint makes
(IMO) every viewer feel THEY are being raped rather than the other
way around. If you want to hammer home the fact that rape is
disgusting, you must put the audience through the wringer.
Frenzy_, a less politcally-correct film (than the Accused), makes
the viewer feel the horror of rape without making it the climax of
the film. The rape scene happens suddenly in the first third of the
movie. Whereas the cartoon grotesque rape machines (men) in
The Accused are OBVIOUSLY going to ravage Jodie Foster and the
audience is just WAITING for it to happen, the rape in Frenzy is
committed by an up-til-then sympathetic character, and the rape comes
very much out of the blue.
Kind of like real life.
Galaxy of Terror (1981) - also called "Planet of Horrors" and "Mindwarp:
An Infinity of Terrors". Also stars Robert Englund (from
Nightmare on Elm Street)
There is a film that comes to mind called "Galaxy of Terror" is a
B sci-fi Roger Corman flick. This woman is raped by a large
catapiller. It's available on video. I believe it came out in
the early 80's.
Hell Camp
I remember seeing one years a go called "Hell Camp" about a elite
unit of soilders who are sent to Hell Camp for a week. The idea
being that they are to be tortured with out giving any information.
Well any way one of the soilders happens to be a women (the first
women ever to be sent to Hell Camp. As apart of her torture she
is raped. The movie is fairly good.
Henry - Portrait of a Serial Killer
Qualifies as a cult film by any definition.
The scene in the house with the family and the video was
one of the most disturbing of all time, and I'd love to
know what other people thought of it. As for Otis's
rape of his own sister......nuff said.
Her Name Was Lisa
Never saw it, but did see the 'preview'. Starred Harry Reems,
and Vanessa Del Rio. The magazines seemed to like it from what the
preview claimed. Vanessa Del Rio and another woman rape a guy with a
strap-on. (In revenge for the 'other woman' being raped earlier in
the film apparently...)
Highway To Hell
Very obscure, mid-late 70's, starring Russell Johnson,
the professor from Gilligan's Island. Not too graphic and low
budget.
Hostage Girls (XXX)
light-hearted; no non-consensual sex here at all, guns
and supposed escaped criminals notwithstanding. Yawn.
Humanoids From The Deep
A couple go swimming off an island beach. The guy gets mutilated.
Several creatures drag the girl onto the beach, rip her bikini off
and mount her.
Couple camps in tent on same or similar beach. Creature attacks.
Nude girlis seen running.
Bikini-clad beauty contest winner at town carnival gets her top
ripped off by creature. She hits creature in head and runs away
(towards camera--bouncing breasts and all).
Ilsa - The Wicked Warden
Part of a series featuring large-busted "Ilsa", this time as a
Warden in a prison for women with sexual problems. Several rape
scenes, one with a group of women locked in a room with a bunch
of convicted rapists for therapy (so they can work out their
sexual problems). Rape, lesbian rape, murder, S&M, and other
far more warped stuff. This one is sick, sick, sick. Not worth
$1.50 rental price.
Ilsa - She-Wolf of the S.S.
Part of a series featuring large-busted "Ilsa", this time as a
Nazi prison camp administrator. Several rape scenes, one with
several guards and one woman who is killed. One scene
_guaranteed_ to make any man cringe. Lots of blood in this
flick. Text at the beginning of the movie claims it to be
merely a depiction of Nazi atrocities. The only other title I
know of is "Ilsa - Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheikhs". There is
at least one other title in the "series". 1 1/2 stars, 3 1/2 if
sex and gore turn you on.
I Spit on your Grave:
This is about a woman who wants to get away from the city and
relax in a cabin in the countryside. She is immediately spotted by
the local toughies and set out to get a piece of her. She is raped
3x in one day by the group of 4 (I believe) as she tries to seek
refuge in her cabin. She avenges herself though ala Gator Bait.
Jailhouse Girls.
Not to be confused with the send-up Reform School Girls,
with Wendy O. Williams, this features a young Ginger Lynn (yum)
having sex while chained in a paddy wagon. This is worth seeing for
the sideburns and polyester leisure suit on the warden. There was an
attempt at a plot, but it just got in the way.
Justine
Based upon the Marquis De Sade classic. Justine and her sister are
coerced out of their convent, and the older sister takes Justine to
work with here in the brothel. Virtuous Justine flees the brothel to
the priest of the convent. He tries to rape her, so she flees.
Bandits capture her, but instead of raping her, they use her as a
ploy to get carriages to stop so they can do their thing. Meanwhile,
one of Justine's rich clients, a baron, goes to find Justine. He is
stopped by the bandits, and they kill his son and wife, and one of
the bandits rapes the corpse. The baron flees with Justine to
safety. While they stop by a lake to rest, the baron rapes Justine,
and the bandits find them and kill them both, and rapes Justine's
corpse. Not very explicit, but very moody and depressing.
Kinjite: Forbidden Subjects
Then, I do not know if you consider this a "rape scene", but
there is the Tokyo Subway scene in the Charles Bronston film,
"Kinjite: Forbidden Subjects", in which the Japanese girl is "felt up"
on the subway and given an orgasm against her will. It's probably
good to add to the list though.
The movie Kinjite: Forbidden Subjects, is a Charles Bronston R rated
film available in most video rental stores. It contains one scene of
interest. It happens while the Japanese family is still in Tokyo,
before they move to the US. Our main character boards a Tokyo subway
train, and notices a beautiful Japanese woman in her late 20's across
the subway car. She is standing up (the car is very crowded), and he
notices that a businessman seated next to her has put his hand up
under her dress. This scene is not very explicit - there are just a
few brief shots from behind where you see her legs as the man reaches
under her dress. It mostly focuses on her face as she realizes what
is happening, panics, tries to hide it to avoid public embarassment,
and then is given a forced orgasm by the man (this is very well done).
It is not a rape scene in the true sense, but involves alot of
humiliation for her. She can't move due to the crowd, and won't cry
for help due to embarrassment. Its different, but recommended viewing
especially if you have any interest in Asian women. (Rumor has it
that this type of scene is popular in R rated Japanese movies as well,
but I do not know of any of those. But if you are incapable of
telling the difference bewteen movies and reality, don't bother).
La Mansion de los Muertos Vivientes (Castle of the Living Dead)
(In Spanish) Four lesbian tourists discover an abandoned
medieval monastery. Two of them, on separate occasions,
wander into the monastery, where they are gang-raped by
zombie monks who are now out for sex because they had to
forgo it when they were alive due to their vows of celibacy.
I am not making this up. That really is the plot! Fairly
graphic. May be hard to find in rental stores.
Lair of the White Worm
Catherine Oxenberg in steamy bondage scene - in bra and
panties, unfortunately. Also includes some nun-raping.
Last Exit to Brooklyn
You forgot the scene in "Last Exit to Brooklyn," when
Jennifer Jason Leigh gets gang raped by a horde of Brooklyn men.
I dont know the year of release, but it was a good movie in its
own right, excluding the rape scene. I would reccomend it, but
it looks like it is pretty tame compared to the hardcore ones you
have listed. Its better than the Lair of the White Worm scene
in my opinion.
PLEASE correct this person's comments, the character was NOT raped,
she INVITED the sailors in the bar to do her in the alley behind the
bar, bragging she could take them all on. She was a prostitute who
really hated herself.
Not to say it isn't brutal and horible, but it was made VERY clear
that she consented.
There IS the scene in the beginning where the character running the
strike office really brutally fucks his wife when he comes home and
she's sleeping, it only lasts a few seconds because he's such a pig,
but it was memorable.
This whole film ws dark and depressing as hell, violent and sick, not
one lighten-ing moment in the whole damn thing, what do you expect
from German cinema, where what separtes drama from tragedy is whether
the characters kill themselves or merely die horrid deaths. American
money sure, but german directed etc.
And the critics said it was a lot less dark and depressing than the
book, that it had been toned down!
Last House on the Left (R)
Two teenage girls are abducted by a gang. The girls are forced
to make love to each other in a scene that *sounds* exciting but is
shot too dark to show anything. One girl is also forced to urinate
in her pants. There's a fair amount of forced sex in this movie,
but no real nudity at all.
A couple of rape scenes. I believe it was a Wes Craven film.
Widely regarded as being ultra-violent. I found it mostly annoying.
Last Summer 1969 (R)
A teenage coming-of-age movie. Two boys and a girl
(Barbara Hershey) get carried away and rape another girl at the beach.
Some nudity.
Let's Play Dead
It's about two brothers who are devoted to their eccentric mother.
The older brother kidnaps girls for the younger retarded brother to
"play" with. The boyfriend of one of the girls finds the house
and rescues his girlfriend and another girl "Ginger." The movies
ends when we discover the mother has been dead all along, and the
older brother hangs himself. Good scene where the older brother
rapes Ginger in the house. Also good scene where younger bro plays
doctor with her.
Liquid Sky - (1982) Anne Carlisle.
Several rape scenes in this, including one lesbian one. Some are
fairly graphic. The plot involves an alien which lives by extracting
a chemical which occurs in the human brain during orgasm (this
extraction kills the person). Thus, each time the heroine
(Ann Carlisle?) gets raped, the rapist dies -- much to her
befuddlement.
Mad Max
Yes, the original with Mel Gibson's voice Dubbed!
There is brief scene where a Biker Gang forces a
couple in a chevy off the road and rapes both of
them! Recommended only for the avid film buff.
Man with a Maid
Based on the Victorian erotic novel. Jack lures Alice to his
secret basement where he rapes her. Awakened to the joys of the body,
Alice agrees to participate. They rape/convert Alice's maid, and
then the three of them rape a society lady and her prissy teenage
daughter.
High production values, lots of full nudity, lots of lesbian sex.
(Adult, but not XXX)
Mother's Day
Two sadistic, retarded backwoods brothers kidnap, torture
and rape women for the entertainment of their senile,
insane mother. Bargain-basement heterosexual version of
"Deliverance". Good for die-hard brutality fans.
Motor Psycho
Russ Meyer film. Ex-Viet Nam vet is biker. Let's see, beating of
fisherman followed by rape of his wife. Terrorizes woman but husband
interrupts before finished. When man is gone, biker returns with two
pals to finish rape. Hubby chases them, woman who bikers killed
aids him. Desert chase. Filmed in Bosomania!
Mud Honey
Russ Meyer film. Excerpts from the ads read:
"MUDHONEY runs the gamut of emotions...love...hatred...sadism...a
story never told so frankly...so intimately."
"MUDHONEY...passion debased by lust...leaving its taste of evil."
Like other Meyer Classics, filmed in Bosomania!
Naked Vengeance
Same general plot as "I Spit on Your Grave" but in an
urban setting and less graphic. Still pretty explicit
though.
Nazi Love Camp # 27 (aka Love Camp # 27)
Typical Nazi movie, but some of the most graphic non-consensual rape

German movie from 70's (?). This couple, the guy works on the
Autobahn rescuing crash victims. He steals a corpse, and he and his
girlfriend make love to it, thus raping it. She leave him and takes
the corpse with him. He watches a movie where a girl is chased,
caught, hung up by here hands, and raped and butchered, all seeming
to enjoy it.
Oase der Gefangenen Frauen (Oasis of Captive Women)
(German-dubbed version of (probably) French movie; don't know what
the original French title was.) White slavers kidnap European women
and sell them into forced prostitution in Africa. They also rape
the women in their ship on the way to Africa. Very graphic; well
worth seeing if you are into this kind of thing, but may
be hard to find in rental places.
Parole
Male prisoner is forced to pull trains.
Pretty Peaches
Don't forget the classic Pretty Peaches. There's one scene of
what is clearly rape (of the main character by multiple people
of both sexes, with bondage and foreign objects, in front of a
paying audience), plus several other scenes of dubious consent.
Punishment of Anne.
Also attractive players. This might be French, and it's
based on a novel. It was involved in some obscenity case (I think
the investigators included it in the list of obscene stuff they
bought from a video store in Dedham, Mass.) Anne (yum) gets
humiliated (urinates) and is beaten a lot by her mistress, and
simultaneously goes down on the male narrator.
Rape of Love (French--Viol d'amour) (R)
A gang of boys abduct a bike-riding girl into their van. They
drive her into the country, take her out and force her to strip.
Then they take her into a barn and rape her (orally too).
Full frontal nudity. Subtitles.
Red Heat
The wife of a US serviceman stationed in Germany, (west) is
kidnapped after witnessed KGB capture a Russian fugitive. She is
taken to a Soviet work-prison which is run by one of the female
inmates. Oh yeah, it is an all female prison. She is raped by a
KGB? male interrogator and several female prisoners are raped
by women wielding furniture...
(US West Germany 1985) Linda Blair. Director Robert Collector
104 min Sylvia Krystal plays the "bitch prisoner" who runs the East
German women's prison.
Salo: 120 Days of Sodom
An Italian flick based upon the book my Marquis De Sade. No
male-female rape scenes per se, but the idea is facsist holding
teens and torturing them. Lots of sick things like forcing teens to
screw, eat shit, and finally butcher them. Real Sick.
Salvador
A bus of 4-6 nuns gets stoped and all are raped and killed.
Savage Fury
This one involves 5 or 6 coeds being raped by an equal number
of men who sneaked into their dorm rooms. After the rape, the coeds
plotted to lure and kill all of the men involved. The coeds seem to
enjoy the rape. The plot to kill the men was very stupid besides the
use of machine guns. I thought it was very boring, the rape scenes
made up 9/10 of the film.
Seven Beauties
Mental patient raped while spreadeagled
Slave Girls from Beyond Infinity
Lots of minor bondage/manacles scenes, one rape scene.
Very little nudity, and the dialogue is a form of torture for the
viewer.
Spetters
Another Verhoeven film, "Spetters" features a homosexual rape scene,
in which the man who is raped discovers his homosexual preference.
Star 80
Mariel Hemingway is strapped to X-rack nearly naked and raped.
Story of O.
This is a classic, and has a lot of story, and dialogue with
clothed people, and good production. The players are attractive.
The original is French, there is a sub-titled version (used to play
at the Harvard Sq Theatre) but WHT broadcast the dubbed version.
Someone on the net once complained that O was too wimpy to be a
good bottom.
There's not all that much nudity, no highly explicit sex,
no penises.
Straw Dogs (R)
While Dustin Hoffman is taken out hunting, a new pal sneaks
back to rape Dustin's wife. After it is over, another pal forces
his way in and then sodomizes her. I give it ***.
I think some versions of this may be cut.
To add to previous synopses: Waist-up nudity only, and not
all that much.
The Abductors (R)
Cheri Caffaro as Ginger, the secret agent sent to investigate
the disappearance of three high school cheerleaders, kidnapped into
white slavery. Best scene (1) when the cheerleaders are captured and
forced to strip to their panties; (2) at the hideout when they're
forced to take those off, too. The bad guy leader also rapes one of
his previous victims to break her spirit. Lots of full-frontal
nudity.
The Accused
I just hated The Accused. I won't go into the execrable acting,
but the way Foster's rape is the pivotal, climactic scene
of the film is just loathsome. While characters preach at you that
rape is bad the filmmakers choose to place the rape scene itself at
such a point in the narrative that the viewer is tricked into looking
foward to it, simply because it's the climax. Yuck.
The Clairvoyant
Prostitute tied to bed and abused by clients
The Entity
Barbara Hershey is repeatedly raped by an invisible
being/ghost/whatever. Also includes one "Kinjite"-like
scene in which the Entity manipulates her to orgasm in
her sleep. Well worth seeing if you are into this kind
of thing.
The (Further) Adventures of Tennesee Buck
Half serious/Half Indiana Jones ripoff. Blonde herione
(Kathy Shower) tied and fondled by cannibal tribe, raped by chief
after he hands her the severed head of her yuppie husband.
Sounds good to me!
Great fondeling scene (by cannibal women), but she didn't look
tied to me(?!) Rape scene is not particularly graphic.
The Naked Cage
Oh yeah, and you missed "(The?) Naked Cage" by the same guy that did
"Chained Heat" years earlier, this one stars of all people Amy
Madigan in her exploitation days before she got respectable.
Fredericks' of Hollywood orange or blue ripped mini t-shirt dresses
for the inmate babes, guard rapes woman in infirmary, lots of lesbian
action, lots of violence, fork through a hand, all kinds of swell
gore, Joe Bob Briggs gave it 4*s, said "check it out twice!"
The Passion of Beatrice (French) -- Julie Delpy
Several nudity scenes, and one rape (incest) scene. Julia
Deply was forced by her father. The scene was short, but quite
revolting to me. I could stand rape scenes, but incestouos scenes
turn me off especially when the actress is so sweet and innocent
looking...
A great movie all around.
The Road Warrior
Starring Mel Gibson. There's a rape scene early on where
the motorcycle gang catches up with people trying to flee them
and at least one rapes the woman and then kills her.

Tough Task.
A large-breasted woman reporter spends a day at the B&D ranch

Videodrome (1982) - stars James _Woods_ & Deborah Harry.
Part of the underlying theme of the movie "Videodrome" is
a pirate network showing hardcore porn films with rape/torture
scenes in them. A variety of stuff is shown, and most of it is
pretty disturbing. The movies supposedly originate from the far
east, so it's pretty weird stuff. Videodrome as a whole isn't
bad either. Rated "R".
Wild Riders
Mid eighties. Two bikers escape from Florida after raping and

This film, made in the early 80's, described itself as "The first

drugged and kidnapped. She regains consciousness in a room with

breasts. The third man watches, then rapes the woman with a banana
while the other two do double entry to her mouth. The woman is then
raped by at least two of the men while the third man watches and
comments from the side.
One not on the list,
I think I remember Jessica Lange in a movie called Frances. It
was the story of Frances Farmer, the actress from the 50's. In the
movie Jessica Lange (Frances), is in a mental hospital and at night,
The night watchmen tie her to a bed and charge their
friends/sailors/... to have their way with her. Might cross check
this one, it's been a while.
A long time ago (late 70's?) I saw an X-movie about a guy and a girl
who drive through a suburban neighborhood in a van. They abduct a young
buxom girl off the sidewalk and the guy rapes her in the back while his
girlfriend drives and cheers him on. Afterward, they cruise the neighborhood
until they see an attractive housewife. They sneak into her fenced-in
back yard where she's sunning by the pool. The guy chases her around
the pool, rips off her 2-piece swimsuit, and rapes her on the diving board.
Meanwhile, the girlfriend has brought the first girl into the pool area
at gunpoint. The girlfriend lifts her skirt and forces the girl to go
down on her. Later, inside the house, the guy and girlfriend switch
victims: the girlfriend makes the housewife go down on her in a bedroom,
while the guy threatens the first girl with a knife until she agrees to
undress again and submit. A neighbor woman happens to come over and
is captured. While the guy is undressing and raping her, the girlfriend
forces the housewife and first girl, at gunpoint, to make love to each other.
The movie ends when the housewife's husband comes home, is forced at
gunpoint by the girlfriend, and manages to get the gun from her
when she climaxes. The movie featured tons of full nudity, but no
explicitly-shown penetration. Sound familiar to anyone?

Actually, there are several cuts of Clery's O, with the one on
laserdisk being the best I've seen. Ask a friend to dub it off to
tape if you don't have a laserdisk reader.
I don't know about the Bruder production, but the 3 part version is
very spotty. Seems to start off mixed with a lot of vanilla
justification, then settles into a production aimed primarily at the
sceners. After a while it warms up and gets to be erotic instead of
just apologetic/sensational, but O never really seems as real as
Clery's character. I recommend skipping part 1 and going straight
into part 2...

for the feelings of people who might be hurt by such an attitude, and at
worst perpetuates the atmosphere of acceptance of violence that allows
violent attitudes to flourish, in my opinion. If anyone wants specific
examples from the post or wants to debate this further, feel free to take
it to private e-mail. I just felt someone needed to represent the
viewpoint of the (apparent) minority which do not leave their compassion
behind once "play" is pressed on the VCR.

These are MOVIES. As in NOT REALITY. We are as allowed to enjoy these as we are
fantasies about any other subject, because NO ONE gets harmed. You may not like
the fact that there are "serious" movies lumped in with "exploitation" films,
but so what? The list is designed as a resource--not an attempts to cure a
social problem.
Tell you what, take the word "rape" out of the list, and make it "Movies with
bank robberies" in them, or "Movies with adultery in them", or "Movies with
murder in them", etc, etc... Now, suppose you had "serious" commentary on
"serious" movies in said list, alongside of "insensitive" commentary on "fun"
movies, would you then have a problem also?

While I won't sink to your name calling level (I _am_ tempted), your
statement reminds me of the old "you can't rape a submissive because she
is a submissive." In case you haven't noticed, at the heart of BDSM is
_consent_. There is the rare man who doesn't want sex at all.
Many others do not want sex with women. And even if the specific man did
not fall into either of these categories, there is a significant possibility

Well yes, there seems to be a lack of parting out the difference between
real and unreal going on. I suppose a "rape" sceen can affect many people
adversly... ..because a great number of them survive. Kind of hard to
survive a murder and sit down to watch a movie involving one, dontcha
think? But then the friends and families of people who have been murdered
probably would struggle with watching a murder mystery also.
Movies are the result of minds in action, some drawing on the horrors of
real life to create worse horror's or entertainment for the almighty buck!
You don't have to pay for it if you don't watch it. Movies depicting a
rape have been used in schools to teach children about avoiding dangerous
situations, they've been used in therapy sessions to help people heal, and
come to terms with what's happened to them. Dangerous Minds was shown in
our local highschool recently as part of an assembly for the students.
Interesting how that affected a whole school in a positive way.

checking it out for hidden video equipment after watching Sliver. ( not

to that of the man in Sliver, before the movie was ever released) The film
Outrage (subtitled)....hurt to watch, but it's required viewing for those
of us who do volunteer work on a locale rape crisis line. Point getting
